​Cleaning Fee:
A $149.00 cleaning and sanitation fee is charged along with your rental charge and Lake County 15%  Tax.

Security Deposit:
$200.00 will be collected at time of check in and is 100% refundable when you check out upon our manager’s inspection.

Luxury Guest Suite:

Pet Policy:

Pets are welcomed in the 1930’s Cabins ONLY.

ATTENTION BOAT and JET SKI OWNERS:

AVOID THE $1,000 MINIMUM FINE! If you are planning to bring a boat or a Jet Ski to Honeymoon Cove Estate you must have a LAKE COUNTY MUSSEL STICKER (not the DMV mussel sticker that comes with your boat registration) the cost is only $20.00 for a calendar month. Your boat or Jet Ski must be inspected before it goes into the water. You can obtain your sticker right in Clearlake at: Clearlake Bait and Tackle, 14699 Lakeshore Drive. Please call for hours: Phone: (707) 994-4399 If you want someone to meet you at Honeymoon Cove Estate and inspect your boat, you can call Conrad Colbrandt at (707) 245-9181. The sticker will be $20.00 plus a nominal service fee of $10.00 to come on site.

Suggestion: Many of our guests have purchased inflatable Kayak's since we have a great sheltered cove to go kayaking. You can check with Walmart, Big Five or your local sporting goods store for Kayak's or other inflatable items to make your stay more enjoyable out on the lake. We provide an air compressor to blow up any inflatable's.

* Weekend or daily rates are subject to availability. Weekends only reservations cannot be made more than four days in advance of desired dates between June 15th and September 30th.

EXTRA GUESTS: DAY FEE $15.00. OVER NIGHT $25.00 per day per extra person for anyone over the age of 6 years.

CANCELLATION POLICY

​Because of Clear Lake's short Summer season, cancellations will be accepted up to 30 days before your arrival date for a refund. After that date it will be up to you to find someone to take your place if we cannot. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
